banana-pink grapefruit & oatmeal with lemon joghurt.
(favorite breakfast at the moment.)
against any presumptions follwing up my last few posts, i have teeth, but i have to admit that i like soft and pasty foods, since sometimes, i rather have an idea of how food should feel in the mouth than an appetite for something salty, or sweet. it does make a difference if you have an appetite for something crispy or crunchy or something mushy.
anyhow, back to my favorite breakfast:
filleted pink grapefruit
sliced banana
tenderly melting oatmeal
lemon joghurt.
absolutely use tenderly melting oatmeal, because it really melts in the joghurt and the grapefruit juice and makes the texture even creamier.

you simply gotta love pancakes.
cause there are so many different things you can put in the dough and so many nice stuff to put on top or aside.
todays edition is hazelnut & cranberry pancakes:
one egg
milk (i actually used lactose free milk. not that i’m a special fan of lactose free products, nor am i allergic to lactose [perfect alternative for those who are!], but since my cat is such a milk junkie, i often use this milk because it appears to be better for his health)
spelt flour (i try to reduce the wheat amount)
salt
vanilla sugar
cacao powder
cranberry sauce (or jelly) and
fresh fruits (as grapes and tangerines).
enjoy your sunday breakfast!
